    Team Media LLC was organized as an Limited Liability Company in the Summer of 2000, in the State of Missouri. Team Media LLC was formally known as Anetweb.com an business and Internet solutions provider which was formed in 1995. We have been providing hosting services since 1997 and reseller services since 2000. The name change was to increase name branding of our services.
  3. Why TeamMediaLLC.com?
    We believe our prices are competitive, our service is efficient, and our technical support is one of the best offered.  
  4. How long does it take to setup a account?
    We usually setup the hosting accounts in less than 20 minutes of you placing an order (excludes check and paypal.com orders). You can start FTP'ing your files/documents once we email you the setup information with the setup instructions and passwords. You will do this by using the dedicated IP address in your email. As for your domain name, new orders can take up 24 hours to propagate to your new hosting account. Customer moving an existing domain to our service must contact their existing Registrar and ask them to update the domain record with our name server information (also included in your activation email) We cannot guarantee how fast they will process requests.

  5. I want to transfer a Internic domain? How does this work?
    We can do it for you or you can choose to do it yourself. This is how it works: You submit the registration or transfer request to your registrar, (who you orginally paid for your domain registration). We cannot guarantee how fast they will process requests. Average time is generally between 1-5 days.

    You can find out the registered contacts for your domain by running a domain name check. If you do not have access to the emails listed you can still process the transfer by faxing over the required info. to Internic. Inform us at the time of filling out your Work Order and we will send you the required instructions for faxing the documents.
  6. Do you host foreign domains?
    We host foreign domains from many parts of the world. Registration of the foreign domain with the local registration authority, is usually the responsibility of the client. We can help register various foreign domains - however a fee will be incurred. Please contact us with your foreign domain name and we will inform you of the charges involved.
  7. Is there a minimum commitment period?
    Minimum billing is prepaid monthly, but we also offer quarterly, and 1 year prepayment as well. Some plans also offer discounts for 1 year prepayment. You only pay for 11 months instead of 12, and no setup fees (See plan for details).
  8. How do I upgrade from one package to another? Is there a cost involved in upgrading?
    You can upgrade to another package at any time. Just let us know and we will help with the change. Some plans do have an upgrade or setup fee. Consult your control panel for details.
  9. How do I pay for your services?
    Check, Money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and paypal.com. Checks must be received 15 days prior to renewal date. (renewal date=activation date)
  10. Are there any special qualifications for resellers?
    No, there are no special qualifications. Purchase of a reseller package qualifies you to resell the domains.
  11. Are there any discounts for prepayment?
    Yes! One year prepayment gets a free month. There are exclusions please see plan for details.
  12. I want to pay by check - are there any special requirements?
    Check payments require a six month prepayment. Renewals must be received 15 day prior to renewal date. You will receive an email 30 Days with a general note.
  13. Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
    Yes, you have unlimited access to update your pages.
  14. Do you offer web design services?
    TeamMediaLLC.com provides web design, programming help. Depending on your requirements and location, we will be able to also refer you to our client base of designers/programmers in your area.
  15. Will I be able to access my site with and without www ex. http://www.yourdomain.com/. and also as http://yourdomain.com/.?
    Yes, all sites are accessible with both www and without www.
  16. Are there any restrictions on the content?
    Yes, We do  not host Adult Sites. Spamming is not permitted. In addition any copyright infringement problems etc. will result in closure of the site. Please read our Hosting Contract for further details.
  17. How do I cancel my account?
    A request must be submitted via our Help Desk. A confirmation will be given with the effective date your site will be removed from the system. There are only refunds of fees the first 30 days of a new activation. See below for details.
  18. What kind of technical support do you offer?

  19. How does your money back guarantee work?
    To show our confidence in our services, we offer all clients a complete 30 Day Money Back. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of setting up your account, we will refund all account prices. You will not receive money for the following: All additional features fees including setup fees and any monthly fees, any additional bandwidth used, and anything we did not receive including Domain Registration fees. This offer excludes all Reseller Account.
