Billing: When a Reseller signs up a client in their control panel
the Reseller's account is automatically billed . Then
they can, in turn, bill their clients whatever amount
they like. This gives the Reseller the ability to remain
completely independent from TeamMediaLLC.com and to
set their own pricing structure. All Reseller's have a
billing detail in their Control panel that they can track
new accounts added and amounts billed. We have some great
billing program products, for as low as $99, that we make
available to our Resellers to use to bill their clients.
We also offer an reseller add on which will allow you
to offer instant signups and auto billing your customers
much like TeamMediaLLC.com does. Contact our sales
department for further details.
Support: We do not provide technical support to the Reseller's
clients. The Reseller is in complete control of their
hosting company and we have no direct interaction with
their clients. We provide our Resellers a full tech support
center giving them the edge from day one in reducing support
costs. We remain anonymous in the background, supporting
the Reseller as they support their clients.
Service
Guidelines: Since a Reseller's client's domains reside
on our network, our Policy and Service Guidelines still
apply to resold accounts. Resellers are responsible for
making sure that their clients abide by these conditions.
TeamMediaLLC.com has the right to terminate any resold
account or reseller for violation of these policies.
Order
and Merchant Services: TeamMediaLLC.com Reseller
Services do not come with Merchant accounts in place.
It is the reseller's responsibility to choose an Order/Merchant
system that meets their needs. We can aid the Reseller
in selecting the right option for their company. One of
our goals for our resellers is to help them reduce startup

Website
Design: The reseller is again in the drivers seat
when it comes to website design. We offer some great designs
at affordable prices but do not provide step by step instructions
on how to design a website. The Reseller should be somewhat
familiar with html design or employ TeamMediaLLC.com
or another design company to aid them in the design of
their website. Templated Reseller websites start at $1000.00.
